I offer one-to-one sessions using The Compassion Key ® — a remarkably simple, safe way to dissolve a whole range of issues and bring you into a place of peace, clarity and new space from which to move forward.

It is gentle, powerful, and offers profound results.

About Me

Demi Schneider DHP HPD SFBT(Dip) GQHP

I began my professional career in this field as a Certified Louise Hay Facilitator in 2002. I later qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist, and trained as a Solution Focused Brief Therapist. Over the years I have continued to expand my work through additional therapeutic and healing modalities, always guided by what I have found most effectively supports real change.

I founded Depression Busting Courses in 2010 and The Fundamental Shift in 2018, and have worked with hundreds of individuals worldwide, supporting deep and lasting transformation. Alongside my clinical work, I am the author of two published books and former co-host of the Recharge Your Happiness podcast.

I came to Compassion Key work more recently and quickly fell in love with its simplicity and depth. I have found it to facilitate profound change in a remarkably gentle way and it is my great joy to be able share this with my clients.

Clients describe me as warm, grounded, non judgmental and deeply supportive. I offer a safe space to reconnect with yourself and move forward with clarity and confidence.

You are very welcome to get in touch if you feel drawn to exploring this way of working, or to find out more. I offer a free initial consultation of 50 minutes, giving us time to meet, discuss your situation and needs, and start making a difference for you.

Further sessions are 50 minutes and take place either at the Clifton Practice in Bristol, or online from the convenience of your own home. You are welcome to attend on a session-by-session basis, or to commit to a block of sessions if you feel ready for deeper or more sustained work.

  • Individual session: £80
  • Block of 4 sessions: £300
  • Block of 10 sessions: £700 (often chosen for deeper therapeutic work)

Our sessions happen within a calm, confidential, and compassionate space, where change can unfold naturally, at your own pace.
